unihealth Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the unihealth platform. By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the unihealth platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and unihealth. unihealth reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the unihealth platform. In some jurisdictions, the minimum legal age for online gaming may be higher — you are responsible for complying with the applicable laws in your location.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Online gaming is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.
- You are not accessing the platform on behalf of a person who does not meet these eligibility criteria.
- You are not on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from online gaming.
unihealth reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or permanently closed.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one account on the unihealth platform. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. unihealth will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
You must notify unihealth immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Contact details are available in the platform's help section or by emailing [email protected]. unihealth may lock an account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
By using the unihealth platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Use the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the platform.
- Engage in money laundering or use the platform for any financial crime.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or platform staff.
- Share your account credentials or allow any other person to use your account.
- Use VPNs or other methods to circumvent geographic or age restrictions.
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written consent from unihealth.
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action where applicable.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on the unihealth platform are conducted in ₱ Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform as listed in your account settings. unihealth does not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks before processing. unihealth reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if verification requirements have not been satisfied or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
unihealth is not responsible for fees charged by your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your account dashboard. These limits may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Funds held in your unihealth account do not earn interest. Account balances are not transferable to other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
The unihealth platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. unihealth does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, unihealth shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds arising from unauthorized account access due to your own negligence.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
- Technical failures, including internet outages, server errors, or payment processing delays beyond our reasonable control.
- Any decisions you make based on information available on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
unihealth reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where:
- A user has violated these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
- Verification requirements have not been met within a reasonable period.
- A user has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
- Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

Any remaining balance in a closed account will be returned to you after verification, provided no outstanding obligations exist. Accounts closed due to Terms violations may have balances withheld pending investigation.
8. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content
All content on the unihealth platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of unihealth or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
The platform may contain links to or references to third-party services, including payment processors and game providers. unihealth does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
unihealth may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the platform or by email. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at this page. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the unihealth platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon at account registration, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
